Return and Exchange Policy
Since every item at Sebriq Fitness is made-to-order (Print-on-Demand), we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges simply for a change of mind or ordering the wrong size.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, we will gladly work with you to find a solution.
1. Allowed Returns and Replacements
We only offer returns and free replacements in the following circumstances:
A. Damaged or Faulty Product
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a production defect (e.g., tear, broken stitching, or poor print quality).
B. Wrong Item or Size Delivered
If the item you received is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong color, wrong design, or wrong size tag compared to the size you ordered).
How to Report an Issue:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at [Your Customer Service Email Address, e.g., support@sebriqfitness.com].

Attach clear photos of the faulty item and a detailed description of the problem.

We will assess the request and arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible. You do not need to return the original faulty item.
2. Issues We Do Not Cover (Non-Refundable)
Because our items are printed on demand, we cannot be responsible for issues outside of manufacturing errors:

Buyer's Remorse: We do not accept returns for orders placed by mistake or if you change your mind.

Incorrect Size Ordered: We cannot exchange products if the customer ordered the wrong size. Please always check our Size Guide available on every product page before finalizing your purchase.

Incorrect Address: Orders lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer will not be refunded.
3. Exchanges (Sizing)
We do not currently offer size exchanges. To minimize the chance of ordering the wrong size, please ensure you use the detailed Size Guide provided on each product page. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend choosing the larger size.
